People often think they’ve learned to live with depression — but they’ve really only learned to avoid people, decrease their life and activities, and take an attitude that they have no future or hope.

In order to create modern minds for the modern world, we need to take that core thought and bring it into the light of consciousness, so we can look at. Like many people, they layout all the things they find meaningful— and the pursuits that interest them—and then end up concluding that “life” or capital l “life” is meaningless. Some people can’t see the values in things that are not significant. I think i cried for about 3 months straight.
