Life Is Suffering. We all inevitably face various amounts of suffering throughout our short lives. And even from the spiritual perspective, suffering is inevitable in life.

Many believe that grappling with the existential issues inherent in life (that you’ll die, personal responsibility, isolation, freedom, purpose, meaninglessness) lends itself to sadness. “suffering is essential to life, therefore does not flow in upon us from outside, but everyone carries around within himself its perennial source”. That premise does not mean that suffering is the only thing in life, but it is the only certainty.

Show 'em who's boss with your smoker's cough / give it to 'em early in the mornin' / you smell like salt and cotton balls / baked in the high blue sun /. Human beings have always had to endure hardship: He acknowledges that suffering is just a part of life, and the more you accept life’s imperfections, the less stressful it becomes.
